ABOUT F.L.I

The Inception of the Initiative was January 5, 2022. The idea stemmed from the lack of opportunities noticed throughout our community. We understand we could create a community where we work to create different systems that aid in helping one another move in a positive direction; targeting the youth, college students and Fayetteville, NC . The original ideology behind the birth of the initiative is to help as many people with diverse backgrounds achieve a professional edge within any field they've choose. Our direct mission is to advance the liberation and well-being of Black and Brown communities through self-empowerment, Consumer Education, Career discovery, Co-curriculum and the creation of new systems that elevate the next generation of young leaders. We plan to do so by not only being present, but by working alongside those who are invested in diversifying our economy bringing new innovative jobs to our community.
